Letter Ww

We Water-colored Watermelons for our special ABC books.

Making Windows!! We learned the song, "How much is that Doggie in the Window", read "The hello, goodbye window" and then finally made our own windows by looking through magazines for things people see when they look out the window!

For our Ww library we enjoyed reading and learning about the Weather, days of the Week, wolves, windows, and lots of other fun books with the letter Ww. This is what we do when we first arrive at preschool. Miss Kristin also reads lots of these to go along with every learning activity we do!

For our first "Cookin' Caterpillars" activity we made WAFFLES!!! We listened for the waffle iron to Whistle to know they were done!

After reading some fun stories about Wolves, we made Wolf puppets!

We did Wheelbarrow races outside!

We had a special lesson on Washing hands. We learned that by using both soap and warm water the "germs" (or glitter) washed off. When our friends only used water, LOTS of "germs" were still found on our hands! We learned a fun song too! Wash wash wash your hands play our handy game. Rub and scrub, rub and scrub, germs go down the drain hey!

A little Witch came to visit us for Show and Tell, here she is reading all about the Weather!
Enjoying a little Creative Play time!
